Mrs. Francine M. Wyzomirski, 49, of Old Trail Road, Fonda passed away Thursday evening at Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville. Born on March 2, 1956 in Amsterdam, NY she is the daughter of Francis and D. Dorine Oliver Dimond. Francine was a graduate of Fonda-Fultonville High School Class of 1975 and was a life long area resident. She was employed by Montgomery Meadows in Amsterdam for over 30 years currently serving as housekeeping supervisor. Francine loved to spend time with her family, she enjoyed decorating, going to garage sales, and was always quick to help others, especially the elderly. She also served as a volunteer for the Sea Otter Swim Club at the YMCA in Johnstown and was a communicant of St. Cecilia?s Roman Catholic Church and the National Kateri Shrine both of Fonda. Besides her parents survivors include her husband, Paul E. Wyzomirski whom she married on April 16, 1983; her son, Marc Wyzomirski of Fonda; her daughter, Sarah Wyzomirski of Fonda; her brother, Roy S. Dimond and his wife Karen of Canajoharie; her niece, Chelsea Dimond of Canajoharie; and several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 9:15 a.m. at Jackson & Betz Funeral Home, 15 Main St., Fultonville followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be Celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at St. Cecilia?s Roman Catholic, Fonda. The burial will take place in Maple Avenue Cemetery in Fultonville. Calling hours will be Sunday from 2 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Francine?s memory to the St. Cecilia?s Roman Catholic Church, 26 Broadway, Fonda, NY 12068 or to the Kateri Shrine Building Fund.
