Diane L. Kniffen, 69, of Fultonville, NY, has gone to her eternal rest on Friday, September, 28th, 2018.

Born on October 22nd, 1948 in Albany, NY, she was the daughter of the late Genevieve Zirk and John Ulenski. Diane is a graduate of Albany High School, Class of 1966. She married the love of her life Nelson Paul Kniffen on January 6th, 1968. It was a strong union that was blessed enough to reach their Golden 50th anniversary. Diane was very family orientated. She was a devoted mother, wife, and friend. She was a very social person and made friends anywhere and everywhere she went. She will be remembered for being very strong willed and yet was very loving, caring, generous, and patient. Diane loved to shop and could always find a good bargain. She was a professional gambler and was an avid collector of sorts. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know and love her.

Diane is survived by her beloved husband Paul; her daughter Jill Marie (Gregory) Sova; her son John Paul (Kara) Kniffen; her grandchildren, Amber Halpin, Amanda Halpin, Alexis Halpin, and Sydney Sova; her great grandchildren, Adara Nicolella and Olivia Horning; and her brother Robert (Nancy) Cameron.
