Obituary of Howard Parks, Jr.

Mr. Howard Parks Jr., of Swart Hill Road, Amsterdam died peacefully on September 25, 2018.  Born on August 16, 1931 in Amsterdam, NY he was the son of the late Howard and Anita Parks Sr.

Howard worked for many years on the Railroad system.  He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Burial services will take place on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 10a.m. at Vale Cemetery, Schenectady, New York.
