Obituary of Paul Andrew Glamm

Obituary:             Betz, Rossi & Bellinger

Paul Andrew Glamm R.N., 73, died on December 18, 2018.  He was born July 19, 1945 in Amsterdam, NY  he was son of the late Otto and Laura Naylon Glamm.  In 1954 he moved to West Texas and was a 1963 graduate of Wink, Texas High School.

Paul returned to Amsterdam and was employed for a short time at General Electric.  He then joined the US Navy as served as a Medic.  After his naval service, he attended Onandaga Community College where he received his registered nursing degree.  He was also a registered massage therapist.

Returning to Texas, he married Puala Hatcher.  Paul worked as a critical care nurse in Midland and Austin, Texas, where he made his home.

He was predeceased by his parents and his siblings, Jospeh O. “Tiny” Glamm, Kathleen A. Glamm and Louise E. Glamm.

Surviving family members include his daughter Laura L. Gould (Shawn)  and his son, Jason K. Glamm (Christine); grandchildren, Sean K. Glamm and Katrina Keller; his siblings, Richard G. “Dick” Glamm and his wife Virginia and Laura E. Brown; cousins Rayanna Naylon and Dick Naylon; and a special friend, Judy Schani.

A Graveside Service will take place on Thursday, July 11th, 2019 at 3 o’clock in the afternoon at Greenhill Cemetery, next to family members that Paul loved dearly.
