Obituary of Aaron W Hudman

Aaron W. Hudman, 50, passed away on August 29, 2019 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY.

He was the son of Charles Hudman and Barbara Hudman- Bollock, and stepson of Michael Bollock. Aaron is survived by his brother Matthew (Jen) Hudman, step brother Matthew (Sara) Bollock, loving companion Tammy Wilson, son Garret Hudman, daughter Carissa (Nicholas) Lamphear, and granddaughter Annaleigha Lamphear. Aaron was Predeceased by his Grandparents Bernice and Joseph Yurkins and Sue and Campbell Hudman as well as his Uncle Phil Hudman.

Aaron graduated from Scotia High School and Hudson Valley Community College and worked at Chatham Furniture, Campbell Plastics, Amsterdam Print, and most recently Miller Print.

Aaron made friends easily and was well liked by many. He loved to hunt, fish and will be remembered as a very loving and giving person. He will be greatly missed. 

The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to the Doctors and Nurses of Critical Care 4200 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester for the many miracles that were witnessed during Aaron’s three month stay, as well as the community of St. Stephen’s Church for their continued support during this trying time. A special thank you from Aaron to the BMEU Gang in Albany.

A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Aaron’s life will take place on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 11:00am at St. Stephen’s Roman Catholic Church 51 N Pawling St, Hagaman, NY 12086 with the Rev. O. Robert DeMartinis presiding. Burial will take place at St. Stephen’s Cemetery directly following services.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Montgomery County SPCA 1007 NY-5S, Amsterdam, NY 12010 in honor of Aaron’s love for his cats.
