Obituary of Theodore Paul Woods

Theodore “Teddy” Paul Woods, 67, of Amsterdam passed away December 30, 2019. He was born in Yonkers NY on April 9, 1952 and is the son of the late John P. and Helen Kollar Woods.

Teddy is survived by his sister Susan (John) Gaito of East Greenbush. A brother Thomas Woods of Tennessee and a sister in law Sandra Woods of Florida. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Besides his parents Teddy is predeceased by two brothers Gregory Woods and John P. Woods Jr; and sister in law Barbara Woods

During his lifetime Teddy worked in the Sheltered Workshop at Liberty Enterprises. He also enjoyed sports especially baseball and football, and always loved the team who would win. He enjoyed the racetrack, and loved spending time in Florida.

Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Betz, Rossi, Bellinger Family Funeral Homes, 171 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam, NY 12010 on Friday January 3, 2020 from 4 to 7 PM. Burial will take place in the family plot of the Ames Cemetery in the springtime.
