Obituary of Dakota B. Engle

         Dakota B. Engle, 17 of Ridge Rd., Broadalbin, NY, died unexpectedly Saturday morning May 16, 2020.

    Born in Westchester, NY on June 8, 2002 a son of Jeffrey Engle and Nikki VanCuren.  He was a resident of the area for many years and attended Broadalbin-Perth High School.

   Dakota enjoyed his family and most of all being with his friends.  He was full of life and energy and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 

     He is survived by his mother, Nikki VanCuren and her fiancé Michael Loveless of Broadalbin, NY.   His father, Jeffrey Engle of Johstown, NY.   Brothers, Jordan Engle, Austin Horstmyer and Cayden VanCuren.   His maternal grandmother, Karin Joubert and her husband Gene of Broadalbin, NY.   Aunts and Uncles, Stephanie (Dave) Ravinski, Keith (Jane) Engle and Kevin (Maggie) Engle.  Nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.    He was predeceased by paternal grandparents, Patricia and Richard Robertshaw and maternal grandfather, Brian Markert. 

    Due to the Covid-19 Outbreak, funeral services are private.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY 12010.
