Obituary of Patricia J. Castellucci

 

Patricia Castellucci (Fisher) entered the arms of her lord on the early morning of Sunday, May 22, 2022.  Patricia, known to her family and friends as “Patty” was born on April 3, 1935 in Johnstown, New York to Leon and Katherine FIsher.  She was married to Alfred “Al” R. Castellucci on November 5, 1955 when the two of them built a home and life together in Whitesboro, New York.  Patty and Al were married until his passing on March 18, 1997.

Patty was employed by General Electric from July 1957 until her retirement in September 1991 and took great pride in her work for the company where she was responsible for several tasks she had in their engineering division. 

In addition to her husband Al, Patty was predeceased by her daughter Debbie, her two brothers Dale and Larry and her sister Winnie.  She is survived by her grandchildren Diana and Joey as well as her three sisters Janice, Donna and Vonnie.  Several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren also remain. 

Public viewing will be held on Friday May 27, 2022 at 11:00 AM, services at 12:00 PM.  Both will take place at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont St; Gloversville, NY.  Burial to follow in St. Johnsville.

Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Emmanuel Baptist Church, 12 James St; Gloversville, NY 12078.
