Obituary of Karen M. Robilotto

    Karen M. Robilotto, 61 of Schenectady passed away unexpectedly Wednesday November 2, 2022 at Ellis Hospital.

     Born July 3rd, 1961 she was the daughter of Thadeus J. and Sylvia (Brill) Bien.

She was raised in Amsterdam and a graduate of Amsterd  am High School and Fulton Montgomery Community College.

      Karen was a retired Home Health Aid and also worked for many years in the activities department at Kingsway Nursing Home. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, attending many school and sporting events.

     In addition to her parents Karen was predeceased by her step- mother Mary Lou Bien and brother Gary Bien.

     Survivors include her life partner Harold McBride III, his mother Risa Wellette-Weston, his father Harold McBride II and brother Kerry McBride. A daughter and son in law Rikki and Bryan Clute, a son, Thomas Aldi, and daughter Savannah Vedder, all of Amsterdam. Her sister Allison Vedder and nephew Keegan Vedder of Perth. Grandchildren Jonathan and Jackson Clute of Amsterdam. Aunts and several cousins also survive.

     Calling hours will be held Thursday November 10, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Betz, Rossi and Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave. Amsterdam, NY.  A Prayer Service will be Thursday at 1:00PM at the funeral home with The Very Rev. O. Robert DeMartinis E.V. presiding. Private burial will take place at St. John’s Cemetery, Amsterdam at the family’s convenience.
