Dear Diane,
So sorry to hear of Lloyd's passing. I loved working with him at WCSS. I never knew anyone as dedicated to this field as he was. Such a hard worker always ready with a joke to make you smile. He took great care to teach me how to "run the board" and he was so patient with me. You and your family are in my prayers.

Diane. So sorry hearing about LLoyd. Andy Senior sent me the news last night. We all had such a great time at Symeons here in Utica that afternoon not too long ago. Lloyd did the engineering work at WALY when I worked there in the 1970's. His Friend Dick Nellis used to tell me some pretty funny stories about the times they worked together at WLFH, Liitle Falls. Lloyd was listening to WTRY the day I was on with John Gabriel back in the mid-80's. It was a thrill to hear that he was listening to me on WTRY My biggest dream as a kid was to be on WTRY Lloyd gave me over the years some great pictures and audio from stations he had worked for. His radio room at his house was so impressive. Sure gonna miss Lloyd. God Bless you.

Diane, We were looking at another obituary from a friend of ours in Johnstown when we saw Lloyd's. He was always so terrific to us whenever he interviewed us at the radio station. You and Lloyd were huge fans of ours as a musical duo, and especially when I owned and directed The Starliters Big Band! Remember, with a smile, the New Year's Eve in Cobleskill and the lady in the red dress! It was one of Lloyd's favorite stories. Some day you'll be dancing with Lloyd to "Moonlight Serenade", and we'll be right there playing it for you! We send our condolences and love. Norm and Jeanie

Dear Diane,
I am sorry to hear of Lloyd's passing. Over the years I had the pleasure of meeting him at different times and sharing conversation. Living here my whole life there was a time when he joined our family each and every morning as we woke to greet the new day. Who could forget him signing on with the National Anthem and then later in the program the features like Rapello's Quickie Quiz or Miller's Minute Mystery. Rest in peace Lloyd. We are thankful for your community service. You will not be forgotten.
Sincerely,
Joe Inglese

Dear Diane,
You were a wonderful companion for your first love, Lloyd.
Please remember the special times that you shared, nights at hotels in Saratoga, your cruise, relaxing together in front of the fire Lloyd built, your wedding, and out and about in the community with Lloyd.
I know that he loved you from the moment he met you, and you were the great love of his life.
Lloyd was a very special man who gave so much to his community, and will be sorely missed by those who knew and cared for him.
Please dry your tears, and take good care of yourself because we really need you, and hope to spend many more years enjoying each other's friendship. Love always, Bonnie, Ruthie & Fiaba
