Obituary of Martin T. Mulligan

Martin T. Mulligan, 69, of Nesconset, Long Island, New York, formerly of Canajoharie, New York passed away December 22, 2005 at the Suffolk County, New York Veterans Hospital. Born in New York City, New York on September 9, 1936 a son of Paul and Beatrice Regan Mulligan. He attended local schools. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran serving from 1956 to 1959. Mr. Mulligan worked for a time at the Beechnut-Lifesavers Co. in Canajoharie. After moving to Long Island, New York he last worked for a marina in Port Washington, Long Island, New York. He is survived by two sons, Martin Mulligan, Jr. and his wife Mary of Gloversville, New York, and Craig Mulligan and his wife Michelle of Colonie, New York; one brother, Paul Mulligan and his wife Josephine of Schenectady and three grandchildren, Meaghan, Ryan and Brendon Mulligan. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Mr. Mulligan was predeceased by a brother, James Mulligan, and a sister, Ann Collins. Funeral services will be held in the spring. Interment will be in St. Peter and Paul?s Cemetery, Canajoharie, New York. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lenz & Betz Funeral Home, 69 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, New York.
