Obituary of Colleen M. Mattioli

Colleen M. (Foss) Mattioli, age 64, born November 15, 1953 in Bennington Vermont passed into eternal rest at home on Sunday, February, 11 th with her loving family by her side. Colleen resided with her husband and family in Middlegrove, NY for the past 44 years. She was a graduate of Broadalbin Perth High School. Colleen loved her life, and her family especially her granddaughter Selena, and her pets, Luciano, her dog, and her cats Monk, and Addie. She was a constant figure by her husbands side during his many years of drag racing as crew chief (nickname - Judge Judy). She traveled all over the world with him. Colleen was a forklift operator for Walmart Distribution for the past 10 years and loved her extended work family. Colleen touched the lives of everyone she met, and always had a smile . It was a blessing to have the privilege of knowing her. Colleen was predeceased in death by her father Howard (Bob) Foss in 2010, and her brother John (Spinner) Mattioli. Colleen is survived by her husband Tony Mattioli, Daughter Angelina Mattioli, Granddaughter, Selena Mattioli. Her mother Geraldine (Reed) Foss formally of Vails Mills residing in Doniphan Missouri. Sisters Vicki Ruzycky of Doniphan Missouri, Cheryl Foss of Johnstown, brother Mark (Christine) Foss of Glen / Amsterdam, Anntoinette (Bob) of Saratoga, Connie (Ed Sr.) Shultz of Minaville, Nicolena Mattioli of Broadalbin, Esther (Gary Sr.) Tomlinson of Broadalbin, Irene (Bert) Brooker of Broadalbin, and Mary (Dave Sr.) Traver of Amsterdam. She is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and true friends. Relatives and Friends are invited to call at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home 171 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam, NY 12010 on Thursday February, 15 2018 from 5pm to 7pm. A Memorial Service will take place on Friday February, 16 2018 at 11 am at the Broadalbin Baptist Church 40 W. Main St. Broadalbin, NY 12025 with Pastor David Deuel officiating. A Celebration of Colleens life will take place on Saturday February, 17 2018 at the 1pm at the Robins Nest in Broadalbin, NY.
