Obituary of Ryan D. Pacillo

          Ryan D. Pacillo, 44, of Amsterdam passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 1, 2020.

     Born in Amsterdam, he was a lifelong area resident and attended Amsterdam Schools.

     Ryan was employed at the Mobil Mart Gas Station in Amsterdam.  He also was employed for the former Mohawk Dairy in Amsterdam as a Delivery Truck Driver. 

         He was an avid bowler for a time bowling in the Thursday night bowling League on the Mohawk Dairy Team at Kelly’s Imperial Lanes in Amsterdam.

    Ryan loved nature and animals but above all else he loved his surviving sons, Anthony D. and Vincent M. Pacillo and his finance Melissa Gareau.    He is also survived by his mother, Karen A. Pacillo and Father, Nick (Susan) Pacillo,  his brother, Christopher (Tiffany) Pacillo, nieces, Ariana and Star Pacillo.  He is also survived by James (Patricia) Gareau  and James “Jimmer” Gareau Jr.,  and other extended family of Malone NY.  

         All are invited to a Funeral Mass that will be held on Monday January 6, 2020 at 11:15 AM at Historic St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 156 East Main St. with Father Jeffrey M. L’Arche as celebrant. There are no calling hours.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a memorial fund for Ryan’s Chidlren.   Checks may be made payable to the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home.
