Obituary of Jaxson J. Sweet

Baby Jaxson Jonathan Sweet passed away shortly after birth on May 20, 2022 at Albany Medical Center, Albany.

Jaxson is survived by his parents Jonathan Sweet and Kaitlyn Phelps, Paternal Grandmother Tina Ritacco (Kenny), Paternal Grandfather John Sweet (Mary), Maternal Grandmother Kristy Phelps (Dave) and Maternal Grandfather Dennis Phelps, Along with several Great Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and extended family members.

Jaxson was pre-deceased by his Sister Isabella.

The Staff of Walrath and Stewart is honored to be assisting Jaxson's family.
