Thank you so much, Jon. I was wondering if anyone contacted you to let you know. I didn't know how to get to you. But I thought of you! The one thing I remember about you and that Tom always repeated, "haha, just kidding of course"......that expression has stayed with me all these years and when I think of you, that expression comes right to me. Thanks for sharing a moment with us. I wish you could have been here but I certainly understand why you weren't. I missed you! God bless, Susan

Doing business with the Tom and really everyone at the dealership was always a pleasure. He was a straight shooter and a gentlemen. We shared a passion for classic Pontiacs. I felt bad when the dealership closed knowing all the blood sweat and tears that go into a family business. I bought some Rose Pontiac Buick Memorabilia at the auction that I have proudly displayed in my garage. Special thoughts and prayers go out to the Rose Family during this time of loss. Keith Canary, Gloversville, NY

I had the pleasure of working {for} with Tom for a few years on the sales floor. I always admired his work ethic. Tom was gracious and honest with his customers, something that seems to be rare today in the automobile business. I ran into Tom several weeks ago at the county building. He looked good and had the "Tom Rose" smile! I hope he's having a few laughs with my father Larry upstairs :-) My Sincere Condolences to the entire ROSE FAMILY~

So sorry to hear the news. Tom was a big part of my life in the late '70s and early '80s before I moved to California. All those nights at the Melrose and all those days at racetracks from Saratoga to Pimlico -- indelible memories and more laughter than I've ever experienced since that time. Hugs to all of you back in Johnstown. Thinking of Allan and all the rest of the extended Rose family. - Jon Burlingame

We're very sadden to have learn the loss of Tom. What a great guy. He was compassionate, kind and had a exquisite smile. I attended school in Johnstown with him. He was a great freind to all. The best thing besides meeting Lauren was my reacquaintance with Tom. Now I carry current memories of him in my heart. Lauren will never forget the countless times having coffee with him at the dealership on Perry St. Also the times spent at his home and even some fishing trips. He will truly miss a great friend. And like many not seeing him on his daily walks.
Tom may God hold you in the palm of his hand and comfort you with his everlasting love.
Please accept or deepest sympathy and heartfelt thoughts.
Sincerely,
Beverly Henry and Lauren Berner

Rest peacfully Uncle Tommy. While we may not be family by definition, you were a special part of my childhood. I always looked forward to summer vacation in Gloversville. Every year you would pick me up on your Harley and take me out for supreme pizza and root beer. I still try to make red wine mushrooms like yours (yet to get it right), and I always thought of you and Saratoga when watching the horse races. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I love you so much, Tommy. I lost a great brother and protector. You always took care of me when we were little. My fondest memories of you were when we were little. I loved and looked up to you so much when we were growing up. I will miss you for the rest of my days on this earth. Someday, we will all be together again, happy and strong. You are free of worry now, and you can walk and talk like you always could. You were taken too soon. My heart breaks that you wont be in my life anymore. I love you with all my heart. Susan

I will never forget all the good times I had at the old Rose Buick .Working with Tom was always pleasant as he made you feel like part of the family instead of an employee.
I will miss seeing him walking and waving to me with that big smile.
