Obituary of Elizabeth Ann Cincotta Kling

Elizabeth Ann Cincotta Kling, 90, of Azalea Ln., Wauchula, Florida, formerly of Fultonville, NY passed away January 18, 2010 at Hardee Manor Nursing Home in Wauchula. Betty was born in Cortland, New York on January 25, 1920. She was of the Catholic faith and in later years, joined the Unitarian Church of Bradenton, Florida. Betty graduated from Cornell University in 1940. She married John Kling on January 7, 1939. John passed away in 2001. John and Betty farmed in the Fonda area for many years. They wintered in Bradenton, Florida. After they retired from the farms, they liked to travel, mostly to Mexico. They lived their retirement years in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and most recently, Wauchula, Florida. Betty is survived by son, John Nicholas Faye Kling of Fonda, NY; daughter, Judy Rocco Conte, Florida; grandson, Rocco John Vicky Conte; and granddaughter, Melana John Devereux of the Outer Banks, NC. Betty also survived by her sisters, Lena Galletta and Mary Tucci, both of Dallas, TX; nieces, Joan Jim Klemic, SC; Bonnie Dick Myers, Fonda, NY; grandchildren and great-granchildren. Graveside services were held at 11:00AM on Monday, April 5, 2010 at Evergreen Cemetery in Fonda, NY where Fr. Brian List read the committal prayers. Local arrangements were entrusted to Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave., Amsterdam, NY.
