Mr. Mason was a very kind man I met years ago as a barber to in-patients at St. Mary's Hospital. He was generious with pleasant conversation he shared with patients and staff. He knew I liked honey with tea and regularly brought me bottles of honey when he volunteered at the hospital. When my brother Nick started to volunteer with Joe, Joe was very good to him. Now both are in heaven enjoying their talks. I'll miss Mr. Mason.

Janice, Dave and family We're so sorry to hear of your loss. Janice, I remember you bringing your dad to visit with my sister and our family he was a great guy to talk to. What I remember the most was my dad and I listening to his Italian show on the radio. We enjoyed his music and his humor. He will truly be missed. Love Frank, Rose and Felicia

Joe Mason - What a lovely, gentle and generous man. I was able to get to know Joe through his volunteer work at St. Mary's Hospital. He was always so upbeat and happy to help anyone who needed assistance. I also remember Joe's kindness in coming to my parent's home when my Dad was too ill to get out any longer and Joe would cut his hair. Joe was just an amazingly kind person who always thought of others before himself. We will miss him at the Hospital and in the community. Condolences to Janice, David and family.
