Obituary of Kevin Haggerty

Kevin Haggerty, 60, of Evelyn Street, passed away Friday, April 10, 2009 at St. Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam. He was born in Brooklyn, NY August 25, 1948 a son of Grace Kelly Haggerty and the late Robert Haggerty, Sr. Kevin was a resident of Amsterdam for the past several years and will be remembered by all of his friends at St. Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam for his kind and friendly nature. His loving family includes his mother Grace Haggerty of Sandy Hook, CT, two brothers, Christopher Haggerty and wife Elaine of New Milford, CT and Robert Haggerty, Jr. of Sandy Hook, CT, and two sisters, Diane Rein and husband William of Amityville and Laura Martell and husband David of New Milford, CT. Two aunts and several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Funeral Services will be private and at the convenience of Kevin's family. Contributions in his memory may be made to the St. Mary's Hospital Foundation, 427 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam, NY 12010. Arrangements have been entrusted to Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave., Amsterdam.
