Obituary of Jason T. Schram

Jason T. Schram, 16, of Hagaman Ave, passed away Thursday January 8, 2009 at his home in Hagaman following a brief illness. Born in Amsterdam, NY on June 20th, 1992 a son of James W. and Darlene A. "Darla" Williams Schram. Jason was a lifelong Amsterdam area resident and attended Tecler Elementary School. He currently was an 11th Grader at Amsterdam High School. He is survived by his parents James and Darlene Schram of Hagaman. One brother, Justin M. Schram of Hagaman. His Maternal Grandmother, Rita Williams of Cohoes, NY. Paternal Grandfather, Fred G. Schram of Hagaman. Aunts and Uncles, Kathy and Ed Desso of Cohoes, NY, Coleen and Ed Leibach of Troy, NY, Kelly and Ray Daigneault of Cohoes, NY, Fred P. and Beth Schram of Valley Falls, NY, Deborah and Brian McKim of Schenectady, NY and Karen and Frank Fogg of Scotia, NY. Several Great Aunts, Uncles and cousins also survive. Jason was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather, Ken Williams in 2000 and his Paternal Grandmother, Eileen C. Schram in 2007. Funeral Services will be held Saturday January 10th, 2009 at 11:00A.M. at Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY with Rev. Jennifer Minier Elliott presiding. Calling hours are Saturday January 10th, 2008 from 10:00A.M. to 11:00A.M. prior to the funeral service at the funeral home. Private Interment will take place in Memory's Garden, Albany, NY. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hispanic Outreach Services, 40 North Main Ave, Albany, NY 12203 or the Resource Center for Independent Living, 347 West Main St., Catholic Charities, 1 Kimball St., or to the Center for Disability Service, 67 Division St., all of Amsterdam, NY 12010.
