Obituary of Eileen C. Schram

Eileen C. Schram, 69, of Hagaman Ave, passed away unexpectedly Thursday April 19, 2007 at St. Mary?s Hospital in Amsterdam. Born in Pattersonville, NY on July 14, 1937 a daughter of Clarence and Alice Krutz Schmid. Mrs. Schram was a lifelong area resident and attended local schools. She was a homemaker most of her life. She was very active at the Calvary Reformed Church in Hagaman, NY. She was a church organist, choir director and a member of the church consistory. She would play the organ at the Woestina Reformed Church and was also the choir director and organist at Cranesville Reformed Church. She enjoyed collecting antiques, reading, knitting and canning. She married Fred G. Schram on October 3, 1954. In addition to her husband survivor?s include, Two sons, Fred P. Schram Beth of Pittstown, NY, James Schram Darla of Amsterdam, NY. Two daughters, Deborah McKim Brian of Albany, NY. Karen Fogg Frank of Scotia, NY. Three sisters, Gladys Weisheit of Rotterdam, NY, Gwen Coman of Amsterdam, NY and Nancy Dykeman of Schenectady, NY. Eight Grandchildren, Paul M., Amy E., Justin M. Jason T., James W., Jeannette L., Marissa, Matthew, Christine and Trisha. One Great-Grandchild, Jamie Rose Dawson. Nieces, Nephews and cousins also survive. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday April 23, 2007 at 11:00A.M. at the Calvary Reformed Church, 10 Church St, Hagaman, NY with the Rev. Jennifer Minier Elliott presiding. Calling hours are private.
