Obituary of Anna C. Pedrick

Anna C. Pedrick, 92, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2007, after a long illness. She was a resident of the Fulton County Residential Healthcare Facility. She was born June 11, 1914 in Gloversville, the daughter of the late Ladislav and Anna Chvila. Anna was a retired claims examiner from the Gloversville Office of the New York State Division of Employment. She loved going to bingo games and doing her grocery shopping. Survivors include two daughters, Judith Wemple Garth of Mayfield and Jane Villano Robert of Broadalbin; a sister, Josephine Havlick of Johnstown; five grandchildren, Kelly Wagar Mark, Tammy Anagnostopulos Michael, Michele Seelow, William Wemple Darci and Mellissa Carpenter Matthew; fifteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Anna was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Ernest Pedrick, who died November 1, 1995. She was also predeceased by a brother, Steve Chvila and four sisters, Mary Calandra, Margaret Wilson, Julia Pettit and Irene Hathaway Taylor. There will be no calling hours. A private memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
