Obituary of Kay A. Petrosino

Kay A. Petrosino, 53, of West Main Street, passed away Friday noon at Albany Medical Center Hospital with her family at her side. Born on May 10, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Cora Dingman Baird. Kay worked for the former Lou?s Market and Lou?s Mr. Discount until ill health forced her retirement. She enjoyed being a housewife, caring for her home and family, and was especially proud of her grandchildren?s accomplishments. Kay leaves behind her beloved husband, David A. Petrosino, whom she married on Sept. 9, 1989; her daughters, Tammy L. Robert Kilmer Zabawczuk, of Fultonville; and Sharon Hanson of Tribes Hill; Her grandson; Patrick W. Earl US Air Force, stationed at the McDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Fla.; granddaughter; Brittani Hanson of Tribes Hill; her mother in law; Josephine Petrosino of Amsterdam; and several siblings survive as well as her dear cat, Duffy. The Legacy Candle Ceremony will take place privately at the convenience of the family at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Avenue. Interment will take place in St. Mary?s Cemetery, Ft. Johnson. Calling hours will also be held privately. Contributions may be made to the St. Jude?s Children?s Research Hospital, in care of the funeral home.
