Obituary of Susan Rybaczewski

Susan Rybaczewski, 89, of Gloversville, passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2006. Born in Gloversville on July 11, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Peter Stoffolano and Jennie Dione Stoffolano. Susan attended Gloversville schools, and later, worked in the shipping department of Papa Gloves. On March 19, 1945, she married Frank Rybaczewski at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Church, where she was a member for several years. During her life, Susan was a member of many clubs and organizations, including the Ladies of Charity, the Church Women?s Society, the Molly Brant Quilters, the 55 Plus Senior Citizens as well as Ida McGinnis Senior Citizens. Susan is survived by her brother, Albert Stoffolano of Gloversville, her sisters June Toscano of Venice, Florida and Louise Fredericks of Gloversville, her dear nephew John G. Stoffolano Jr, and his family of Leverett, Massachusetts, and several nieces and nephews. Susan was predeceased by her husband, Frank Rybaczewski, and her sons Eugene and Paul Rybaczewski,. She was also predeceased by her brothers, Joseph, Louis, John, Frank and Nunzio Stoffolano, and by her sister Carmella Stoffolano. A visitation will be held for friends and family on Tuesday from 5-7 at the Kobuskie-Konik Funeral Home 51 Fremont Street, Gloversville. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:15 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Church at 10 am. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Gloversville.
