Frank had a lifelong love of music, dancing, art and sports. He was a self-taught accordion player, which brought much enjoyment to his wife, children, grandchildren and friends for many years. His artistic talents came to life in portraits, ocean scenes, trains notably ?The Twentieth Century Limited?, Rocky Mountain scenes, and golf courses, highlighting the beautiful Augusta National and Pebble Beach courses. Recognition came to Mr. Liscio in 2004 with an art show at ?The Harbor at Clifton Park?, as well as at the Canajoharie Library and Art Gallery. Since his retirement in 1992, Frank enjoyed newfound interests in creative cooking, sewing, gardening and bird watching, while continuing his passion?painting. Mr. Liscio was a devoted father to his three children. He was an insightful advisor both to them and to his five grandchildren. Most of all he loved spending time with them.
