The things that I remember about my dad are his smile, his laugh and his incredible sense of humor. He had a gift of making people laugh, even when they didn't want to. He never made excuses for his life, or his mistake. Thanks to you dad we all know how to laugh and care about people – especially the underdog.
What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. I love you daddy .

It is with great sadness that I say goodbye to my "cous". He has always been like a brother to me, and even though I have lived away from NY, I always looked forward to seeing him and Shirl when I came back for a visit. We shared many good memories together, esp. while he camped at our campground and we opened the "Fires Side Inn" every weekend. Those times will never be lost to me. I know that he is now in a much better place and we truly mourn the loss in our lives. A beautiful light went this past week in the world, I love him and will miss him every day. All my love to Shirl, Chris, Justin and Julie

Gramp,
You have been the most influential person in my entire life. You were a hard working, loving man who would not only give your shirt off your back, you would give your pants, shoes and socks as well. All of the times you helped me out and all the times you made me laugh were appreciated beyond anything you could ever know. I Love You Gramp and I already miss you.
